Neuber is a property investment company with a portfolio that includes a range of physical property as well as interests in bridging loans for property development projects. 

We invest in property and development opportunities ourselves and as we grow, we invite a small number of private investors on board to help increase our capital offering and grow our business.  

We are unique in that we diversify risk by having a small interest in a diverse range of properties and development schemes. Our approach maximises our return on investment with little exposure to bad debts.
